What is World of Warcraft: Classic?

WoW: Classic is scheduled for August 27 (technically August 26 if you're in the Americas). beginning May 15, Players can enjoy early access to the game by participating in Blizzard's scheduled stress tests. Players can opt in now through Account Management and select the WoW Classic beta. Subsequent stress tests will extend the opportunity to even more players. Those who already subscribe to WoW will have WoW Classic included in the price of their subscription. Those who don't actively play WoW will have to pay the usual $15 USD a month to play it.
