Destiny 2 Guide - How to Get Gambit Prime Weapons or Reckoning Weapons in The Reckoning2019-05-20 09:16:30
Destiny 2’s 2.2.1 update provides players a new great way for farming Season of the Drifter Weapons. Not only can you trigger it yourself, but also you’ll get a chance of obtaining exclusive version of the weapon.
Based on a post in Redit Community by JpDeathBlade, we now know how players can pursue specific weapons. Most Season of the Drifter weapons can drop in both Gambit Prime and The Reckoning. Some, however, will only appear in specific Reckoning tier difficulties. More specifically, Gambit Prime weapons are split between the two Tier 3 bosses. Running Tier 2 will give you a chance at the regular weapons while running Tier 3 will add the Reckoning exclusive weapons to the loot pool. So for example: If you are looking for a Spare Rations, you'll have a 1/3 chance of getting it while running Tier 2 and a 1/5 chance of getting it while running Tier 3 on weeks when Likeness of Oryx is the boss.
Night Watch (Scout Rifle): Drops from T2 and T3
Lonesome (Sidearm): Drops from T2 and T3
Last Man Standing (Shotgun): Drops from T2 and T3
Sole Survivor (Sniper Rifle): Drops from T2 and T3
Just In Case (Sword, Reckoning Exclusive): Drops from T3
Likeness of Oryx
Outlast (Pulse Rifle): Drops from T2 and T3
Spare Rations (Hand Cannon): Drops from T2 and T3
Bug-Out Bag (SMG): Drops from T2 and T3
Gnawing Hunger (Auto Rifle, Reckoning Exclusive): Drops from T3
Doomsday (Grenade Launcher, Reckoning Exclusive): Drops from T3
There are 12 medals in Gambit Prime that will guarantee you a bonus synth drop and along with these synth drops you'll also have a chance at a Curated roll. You can only get this bonus synth once per match so if you are looking for a specific weapon make sure you get the appropriate medal first!if you don’t have enough time to play the game and collect the metal, you can come to Boostingvip.com for Cheap Destiny 2 Boost and let professional player do it for you.
So far, people have found four different “curated” drops from Gambit Prime. Each has a chance to drop when you do something in the game that gives you a role-related synth. Here’s what you have to do:
Killing an HVT (a true HVT, not just a yellow bar) will get you a Reaper synth and the chance to drop a curated SMG
Killing 3-4 enemies during an invasion will get you an Invader synth and the chance to drop a curated Sniper
Collecting 50 motes in a single Prime match will get you a Collector synth and the chance to drop a curated hand cannon
Killing a number of blockers in a match will get you a Sentry synth and the chance to drop a curated shotgun.
Out of all of these, the hardest is probably the Collector one, as getting 50 motes in a single match, especially with randoms, isn’t something that happens super often.
Wish you luck!
